Okay, so I have been keeping track of my eating on a daily basis in Fatsecret.com. I have been in a 70/25/5 range, give or take and around 1800-2000 calories a day and 20-25 net carbs. I am a female, 5 ft 11 inches and 255 lbs.
Question- I looked at my day today, and I had 2,300 calories (still 70/25/5), 25 carbs, and 200 grams of fat!! IS that bad? I mean, 200 grams of fat...jeez, that is like 1,800 calories of fat alone. Is that a complete derail of my WOE? I don't know what the deal was today and I will try to eat less tomorrow, but is 200 grams too much fat for a day?
It just scares me that I had a high calorie day and so much fat. I am still a little scared of the high fat idea. I logically believe the evidence, but it still gets me emotionally

. once the body realizes that load is the new normal load that fluid will be released too. Brook can add 5-10 pounds just changing her exercise video.
