  • 8 Week Progress Report

    It has been 8 weeks since I started this new lifestyle. I know before I became a member here, I looked around to find weekly numbers and it was tough. Maybe I was looking in the wrong places. So I have decided to share my progress with everyone from week 0 until week 8. If one person gets something out of this, I will be happy. If anyone has any questions, just let me know. Thank You.

    looks nice

    some of the weeks you didnt lose anything i guess thats one of the reasons its gotta be 3 weeks in a row with no weight loss for it to be called a stall xD

    also it shows the closer you get to your goal weight the slower the weight loss go's which is normal

        Thanks It's weird how low carbing works when it comes to weight loss. I guess there's alot of science behind it. I keep track of everything and am pretty strict when it come to sleep, what I eat and the ammount of water I consume each day. It's working and for that I am very thankful. I just wish I understood why exactly there are weeks when no weight loss happens and then the next week a larger ammount of weight comes off that would equal both weeks if weight was lost the week prior.

            Thanks for sharing Though everyone's experience is different it is good to show people this kind of example - because a lot of people tend to lose a load at first, have ups and downs and weeks without weight loss.

            Well done on your progress.

                        2big4mysize, I'm not sure total on body fat. I know in my wasit alone, I have lost 5 1/4 inches measured around the belly button. I was at a 47" waist and am now down to a 41 3/4.

                          Congrats! That really helps me feel confident if losing weight. It proves that even with a week or two of stalls you really come back with a nice weightloss.

                          P.S. Where did you find that weekly week tracker?

                            I made it using microsoft excel. It has been a very helpful tool for my journey.
