Ok guys I figured I'd ask another question for inquiring minds since I haven't seen anyone else ask. What type of exercise do you guys do and how often? I do Tae bo about 5 times a week and do pilates twice although I am starting Tae bo bootcamp and you exercise every other day. I have so many videos I haven't even attempted some of them!

I do winsor Pilates, and I run. I started the couch-to-5k program on www.coolrunning.com two months after starting this woe and went from running 1 min...to running 5k in less than 8 weeks! I now run 5k about 3 or 4 times a week. I really think exercise is key to this woe..and has so many benefits..too many to count..Jen, 39, F

I totally agree that EXERCISE IS THE KEY!! (am I a poet??) :yes
You can lose weight any number of ways, but keeping it off is virtually impossible without regular exercise!
I run 32 miles a week (8 miles x 4 days a week) plus I do free weights and the exercise ball at home 3 days a week.
Its totally made me what I am today!

Totally agree, totally agree. I exercise first thing in the morning 6 days a week. 3 or 4 days I run 4 - 5 miles, and the others days I do weights. I just started the weights so we'll see how that goes.
Doing it first thing gets my mind geared that this is my WOL; exercise is one part, eating (or not eating that Birthday Cake that was before me this afternoon) is the other part.

Ok I found where someone else had already asked this. Sorry for the repeat. There is just sooooooooo much info. on here I haven't gotten past the first 3 forums and everyday there is so much more posted that I can never get past the first few questions.

I never really exercised before, so I had to do something that would make me WANT to do it.
I go to Curves which is 30 minutes cardio. I can do ANYTHING for 30 minutes. I go 5 days per week. I've done it for only a week now. The first time I went there, I thought I would die! Way too much for me! But after a week, I'm very happy I made the decision to go.
For those of you who dont know what Curves is about, the machines are in a circle and you go around twice in 1/2 hour. When I feel more comfortable with twice around, I will go to 3 times around, then 4.
I'm sure as soon as I feel the positive benefits of exercise, I'll incorporate some other things.
