Different people metabolize sugar alcohols (SA) differently. For some, SA lead to bloating, gas and diarrhea. Others need to count at least part of the SA grams as net carbs, because the SA have an impact on their blood sugar and stall or slow down weight loss.
And since you wrote a few weeks ago that you were having "whip cream" (is this real heavy cream that you whip yourself?), "suger free jello and diet 7up", I would suggest that you starve your sweet tooth instead of feeding your addiction to sweets.

You're also asking about Diet Coke in another thread. The road to **** is paved with artificial sweeteners, my friend. Really, seriously, go cold turkey on this junk and the cravings will go away.
Atkins is about changing your relationship with food. The beauty of eliminating the craving for sugar instead of trying to find ways to substitute it is that sugar stops being part of your life. Really and seriously, you will look at a slice of birthday cake and think "not interesting."
I used to drink a can of Coke if not two every day. There's been a can of Diet Coke in my fridge for about six weeks and I honestly could not care less. Do. Not. Want. I never ever thought this would be me when I was doing induction, but I cut out all of the stuff I was supposed to cut out instead of trying to hack the diet and it really worked.
My opinion is that eating "frankenfoods" isn't healthy or sound nutritionally, nor will it allow a person to successfully beat carb cravings. IMO, best to go cold turkey.
