It isn't accurate? I sure hope it is. It would come in handy if eating away from home and needed to check a carb count.
I believe it is the same carb counter as in the back of DANDR.

Since they started this offer I've been poking around their website. I've noticed that quite a few changes have been made with the rules of Induction that differ from DANDR (and the advice given here). Hopefully the scientific "whys" will be covered with the release of ANAs new book in March. Regardless, I found them to be confusing at this time and am interested to see the explanations as to why certain foods are now allowed during Induction with their plan.

I'm posting this to let newbies know that ANAs Atkins plan and DANDR have differences and that may be confusing esp. when first starting out.

Sorry for posting this guys...I guess I was in the wrong. Just thought I would let everyone know I guess. I do agree with the website and book being very different. I just wanted the carb counter book, I don't have credit cards to buy things off line. Anyways, I will delete it. Hope you all are having a great week!!

I actually bought mine at Target. You don't have to get it on-line ... I was just providing the link so you could see what it looked like.

Oh okay, I was just confused I guess. I had no idea they sold Atkins things at Target, I will def look into that. I shop at Wal-Mart most of the time because it is closer than all the other stores. I was just happy that I got something for free (that doesn't happen often for me) and thought I would share. And, some people on the board that are not on Induction and are on the right OWL Rung eat the bars, and they are darn high in stores and you get 3 free so I was just trying to help out. BUT, I def don't want to point the newbies in the wrong direction because for me, it was sooo confusing at first and I am sure it is the same way with others too.
That is why i deleted it, so the newbies wouldn't get mixed up but that is, if they haven't saw the commercial on tv about the offer. Anyways, I will def be shopping at Target soon, thanks.

It's a book ... so any place that sells books might have it!
