My BF Surprised Me With The Most Wonderful & Healthy Gift Last PM !!!

He brought home for me a Wii Sport/Fit Bindle Package with Yoga DVD !!!

I was soooooo Suprised & Happy that I actually screamed out loud & ran over & kissed him over & over !!! LOL

I have an Older Friend that we are boarding her dog in our kennel while her house is being remodled.

She was telling us that at the "Y" Program & Rehab she is going to for Arthritis they both have them. Even Patient's in wheel chair's are using them & how much & may help my Lupus !!!

Well my BF called & spoke to my Dr as he usually goes to all of my appts with me, as Iam on very limited exercise restrictions due to Nerve Dammage, recent Heart & Upper/Lower Resp problems !!!

She gave him a short list of Do's & Dont's but otherwise gave hime the go~ahead to get me one !!!

I was able to play around with it a lil last night & can't wait to get back at it today !!!

You are sooooooo gonna love it! I got the Wii Fit plus for Christmas and it makes exercising so much fun, you don't even realize you're working out (until the next day's soreness). I could never "find" the time to exercise, but I can find the time to spend an hour on the WII Fit...figure that one out! Enjoy it!

We got a Wii and Wii Fit shortly before Christmas. It is a means to get my ailing DH out of the recliner. We are on it almost every evening for some of the balance and conditioning programs (I work out at the gym but DH doesn't work out at all). Now I'm wondering if I can put my Wii Fit Age on my driver's license instead of my real age!!
