I was at a store called Sweet Tweet today (it is a sugar free candy/goods store) and one of the items got my attention. Link below. Is it induction friendly? Girl at store said it was but I want to make absolutely sure before eating it. Would make a handy breakfast or snack at work.

No - not induction friendly. It contains soy (OWL 6) fruits (OWL7) oats (OWL 9)
So later on in your journey you may want to try it (I would add some fat to it though)

A good rule to follow for Induction Friendly Food Questions:
If it comes out of a cardboard box or a plastic bag, (except frozen veggies or oil/butter) then don't buy it or eat it!

You might want to keep a copy of the Acceptable Foods List in your wallet.Originally posted by AndrewH View PostIs it induction friendly?
