    can someone tell me if 0 carb stevia is still limited to three packets a day.?
    and is there a certain amount of meat one is to eat in a day?...would 12 oz. be enough or to much....

    Yes, it is.

    Depends on your appetite, really. It is also depends how much protein/fat you get from other foods (like eggs or cheese).

    Protein should account for about 30% of your daily calories (it does NOT need to be exactly 30!). Fat should be around 65%.

      Yes, stevia still counts towards your sweetener limit.

      It would depend on the individual.

      You shouldn't eat more protein (and there's protein in more than just meat) than your body needs.

        And depending on the kind of meat you eat, you will be eating some fat, too. Meat is not just protein.

          how bout the liquid stevia ...is it the same for amount????? thank you so much ...I read that there is rice maltodextrin in the packets ....

            You seem to have a spoiled sweet tooth. I would suggest you give up all artificial sweeteners during Induction.

              The only Stevia product I recommend is Sweetleaf Stevia. Inulin for fiber, and all stevia.

              The call for three servings per day is to keep folks from over-sweetening and to allow taste buds to evolve. It's amazing how naturally sweet cheeses and meats are in the absence of sweeteners.
