Hi, I am currently on the induction phase and its going great. I am almost done my first week and lost almost 10 pounds. I just have a couple questions, I am sure someone has posted answers to these questions but I couldn't find them.
1- Should I count calories? I eat three decent size meals per day and some days I am around 1500 calories and other days I am close to 3000, should I watch my calorie consumption? (Always around 20 net carbs)
2- Another thing is that I have never seen chicken that contains fiber, but today in my local grocery story I bought chicken wings from a restaurant that distributes their food to grocery stores and per 3 chicken wings, it has 1 carb and 4 grams of fiber..Is there some catch or is this for real? Could it be the manufacturer made a mistake? (It does say that the chickens were fed vegetables or something like that on the packaging)
Any insight on these questions would be great, Thanks!!!

I didn't count calories on induction, though I do now... but not carefully. I do count my carbs carefully. I find that some foods that are low in carbs and super high in calories probably aren't very good for me. My goal is to learn life-long healthy dietary changes. 2500 calories at 250 lbs is excellent. The longer you stay on this WOE the less you will want to eat.
