    HELP ~ I Have A New Wii Sport/Fit & We Can't Stop Using It !!! LOL

    Ever since my BF surprised me with my new Wii Sport/Fit Bundle Package on Wednesday Night we can't stop using it !!! LOL

    We have become like kid's again using it every chance we can get !!!

    For the 2 of us this is just what the Dr ordered, it has realy brought some much needed FUN, Laughter & for me movement back into our lives !!!

    I have been having Lupus related health problems on & off since the end of the Summer with my Heart & Upper/Lower Resp System which has even placed me in the Hospt twice.

    My ability to exercise was already very limited & since the begining of Dec not at all.

    Being able to play Golf, Bowling, Tennis, Baseball, etc against my BF is GREAT to get me up off the couch & moving.

    Iam still sticking to my "Atkins WOE Plan" to help get the weight off from the Steroid's I have been taking the last 2 month's, but every extra bit of movement I can get in will surely help !!!

    In time when I get my Dr's ok I plan on using the Wii Fit Board for Yoga, etc I can't wait !!!

      My 5y/o Grandgirlie is is here on Tues & Wed afternoon's after Pre~K so Iam sure I will be having a lot of fun playing with her as well !!!

      I already created a Mii that look's like her last night !!! LOL

        Aren't the Miis fun? I went crazy and made one for a bunch of people that I know.

        p.s. There are a few super gentle mega beginner yoga exercises like the breathing (I think that's the first one in the upper left corner) and the gentle stretching. I can't kneel so I skip the floor work ones.
