  • Not feeling so skinny anymore...

I went home for the holidays, loved all of the comments on how skinny I am (I'm not really, but by comparison--this year I was skinny) and it didn't do me any good! I started feeling like I could eat whatever I wanted (I still stayed away from bad carbs, but ate way too many nuts, etc) and I completely stopped exercising. I slipped right back into my lazy old habits and now I feel awful.

So, I'm back. Should have never stopped coming here--because I need to see all of you working your butts off. It inspires me to keep going. I'm starting over today. Back to induction and hopefully back in ketosis by the end of the week. I'm off to join some exercise challenges! I still have a long way to go...

    Why go back to Induction?

Why not just clean up your eating and keep moving forward?

You may find that a couple days of induction menus are sufficient to get back into ketosis... that is if you're out of ketosis. If you're still in ketosis I would encourage you to just get up, brush your behind off, keep moving forward in OWL. Go on now, brush off that behind you know you want to. LOL Here I'll join ya. *brush, brush*

You're so right about ADBB. Posting here really does help strengthen my resolve like nothing else. Glad you're back!
