A: Your heart only good for so many beats, and that is it...don't waste it on exercise. Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up the heart will not make you live longer; it’s like saying you extend the life of car by driving faster. Want to live longer? Take a nap.

A: You must grasp logistical efficiency. What does a cow eat? Hay and corn.And what are these? Vegetables. So steak is nothing more than an efficient mechanismof delivering vegetables to your system.
