Not induction friendly because it has sugar, corn syrup, and milk.

INGREDIENTS:
Cream, nonfat milk, corn syrup, sugar, mono- and diglycerides, natural and artificial flavors, carrageenan, nitrous oxide (propellant).
Contains: Milk.

It's junk.

You can buy heavy cream and whip it yourself.

Hi Lauren and Welcome!

No, sorry, Readi-whip is not allowed. There are many ingredients in it that are not allowed, plus all those nasty chemicals...it is not just about the carbs. But you can make your own fresh, "real whipped cream" if you really need to have it.

You are allowed from the Special Category Foods-Three ounces of unsweetened heavy cream. Just whip it up with an electric mixer.
