  • Ind. day 4 and I don't feel good

    So I was o.k. up until today..my headaches are getting worse and I am extremely tired..I fell asleep at work today and that is not like me at all..someone please tell me that this will end soon..

    What are you eating and drinking?

    Are you getting all your water?

    Are you eating enough Induction vegetables?

      Induction flu. It will pass I promise. By tomorrow you will feel great. It is just as we get ready to make fatburning our major way of getting energy to the body.

          I have been drinking about 36 oz of water a day...my meals look somewhat like this...
          breakfast-few slices of turkey and cheese or eggs with cheese and 2 slices of bacon
          lunch-salad with chicken breast
          snack-string cheese or celery with a little ranch dressing
          dinner-salad with grilled chicken or a grilled hamburger patty with cheese and lettuce and onion on top

          What do you think?

            The MINIMUM is 64 ounces ... and drinking 1/2 your current body weight in ounces wouldn't hurt.

            I think you're not eating enough food.

            Add that to not enough water ... and no wonder you don't feel well!

              How many net carbs are you getting from vegetables?

              Are 60-70% of your daily calories coming from fat?

              How many calories have you been consuming, on average?

                wow..64 ozs of water is a lot...I am not use to drinking that much..I'm doing good right now getting down 36 I'll have to work on that..Maybe I'm not eating enough..I don't keep up with my calories so I don't know how much I am consuming..

                  I don't keep up with my calories so I don't know how much I am consuming..

                    If your salad veggies happen to be only lettuce then it might be an idea to swop out some of that for more nutritious ones. Maybe choose to have 2 cups of salad veg with more variety plus one cup from the 'other veg' list?

                    Are you eating much in the way of fats?
                    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
