    Thanks Julie!!! I just realized I don't have the link to linda's low carb recipe site anymore... I thought it was lindaslowcarb.com or something like that. Help?

    Yeah, I did the same thing!!! After I got over the dessert part, I went "oh I can choose from some of these too and I BETTER!!!" lol. How funny. I DO have time on my side, and that will definitely help. When I think soft foods, the only things I've been able to think were pudding, yogurt, and the like, but this time I just dont want to put all my energy into all of this if I'm going to foul it up when the time comes. Now I'm armed with PLENTY of variety, and I dont HAVE to go with scrambled eggs!!! I always do my best to stay away from too much splenda, or higher carb veggies all at once... I like to spread mine out, it's how I keep myself in check.

    My surgery is for the 12th, 5 days before my birthday . But since I already had the week requested off, I figured the 12th was a good day, and then I'm available to go get stitches out. Siiiigh lol. I had to talk them down to payments, after a 15% reduction in pay, thanks to the great state of CA. Endodontists dont like that, by the way lol. But seriously, they are not recession proof, ok?

    I would love to keep in touch with you, Sarina. Thanks for caring! I'm sure my bf will enjoy the reprieve of me wanting to share how I feel with him every single minute lol. I will pop by your journal, most likely. That before & after thread you have is just happenin'!!!
