Its worse that difficult, I have never tried it but others have and they last about 2 days before they give it up. Its dangerous and really unhealthy, Its like eating fat all day, every day and thats pretty bad.
41 pounds down and counting

This was a few years ago, I lost about 7 lbs in like 5 days...
Was so sick with ZERO energy...
When I went off (and you will have to get off cause you can't live on it) I gained all that back plus a few more lbs..
Never again!!!!! lol

JoanOhio did it and her post about it and what happened afterwards should be a stickie somewhere on here. She regained everything she lost doing it and had issues staying on plan afterwards.
just think 5 one ounce blocks of cream cheese that is all you get. that is why Dr Atkins changed his mind about the fat fast. if you read his pre 2002 book and website it was recommended as a stall breaking technique but in the 2002 book it was changed to for only the metabolic resistant folk. those who lost doing induction by the book with the mandatory exercise less then 2 pounds if they had 20 pounds to lose and less then 4 pounds if they had 50 pounds to lose. According to Dr Atkins less then 5% of those trying his plan will have that issue eating his plan following the rules.
I could not find the sticky from JoanOH on the FF (but I discover new stuff on this forum just about everyday so it may be somewhere) I did find a post by her on her experiences
Fat Fast is to be avoided like the plague imho... at least for most. It's only for the severely metabolically resistant to weight loss. Most of the people I've seen who've done it end up regaining the weight lost and more so. Then they have trouble slipping back into Atkins proper.
