Hello everyone, I have a question about stalling. I have lost about 60 pounds but have been struggling to get under 190 pounds for 10 months. My body is extremely happy apparently at this weight. Its seems the more exercise I do the weight I am gaining? lol... it is frustrating. My question is if you hit a stall in your journey how long did it last? And what did you do to get out of it?

Re: Stall question
I second that question! I have lost 70 pounds. The first 55 just fell off, but now it's soooo slow. I go to the gym for an hour nearly every days (treadmill and bike usually), and do weights, and stability ball at home. I drink enough water. I have lowered and raised my carbs. I have measured. Not much is changing!

Did you increase your carb level?Originally posted by warmsummerfall View Postin the last few months I started gaining
Did you add a new food?
Did you start eating something you weren't eating before? Sauces, dressings, teas, a new brand of a food you were eating before... anything?
Did you read (again) the ingredients on all the foods you are eating? Sometimes they change... and you might think they are "okay" even when they aren't.
Are you still measuring all the foods you are eating and not just estimating a cup of this and a tbs of that?
Did your activity level change (before this last week)?
What is your current carb level?
How many of your net carbs are coming from vegetables each day?
How many calories are you consuming?
And what does "I started gaining" mean? For how long did you keep gaining before you tweaked? How much did you gain?
Was moving back to Induction your first and only tweak, or did you try something else before?
That's seldom a good strategy.so I went back to induction"Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."
