im unsure, when you get cravings, i know you should take L-Glutamine (i have the powder, 1teaspoon =5g of L-G) and im trying to take chromium 3times a day (I tend to forget how many ive taken as im eating small meals frequently in the day), however if i do get cravings what easy and fast things can i eat, rather than going for something i have to cook?
also im eating/taking protein shakes as it helps with the variety of proteins i can eat (since i dont eat pork or beef) so should i simply consume this?
