know if im in ketosis?what are the sighns?
i have woke a couple of times in the night and have a sort of pear drop taste in my mouth do you think this is a sighn im in ketosis? :help

Bad taste in mouth can be a sign of ketosis. Many also experience bad breath, foul smelling sweat (this is hearsay, I have not had this myself), increase in energy... Have you read the excellent FAQs ? If not, here's one link you might appreciate:

Go to the pharmacy and get some Keto-Stix. I don't know what brands they have in the UK - your pharmacist should be able to tell you. (Keto-Stix is made by Bayer). Dip one in your pee and the color change will tell you whether you're in ketosis.
