  • IS this no good?

    Hello

    Ok, the baby goes to school about 6: 30 am then I hit the gym for an hour, it is the only time I can hit the gym..question is it is too early for breakfast for me anyways...if I work out without eating breakfast am I sort of wasting time? or is it ok? I do drink water.

    Also has anybody tried the "biggest loser" workout video? holy cow that baby makes you work!! it claims you lose 30 lbs and get tone in 6 weeks..my sister is doing it but not following a strict diet like we do..wonder how much you can lose if you were. I am going to buy it tomorrow and let you all know my findings in six weeks

    I started atkins in late november but every other week just sort of fell off the wagon and was not working out..late december I started to really follow it and added the gym from november to december I only lost like 7 lbs not following it right..from december to march 18 I lost 50 lbs give or take depending what mood my scale is on lol.

    It's fine if you exercise before having breakfast.

    But you do have breakfast after that, right?

        good job since we are primary fat burners you are burning fats as your fuel using body fats so exercising before breakfast is a win win situation for you.

          I always lost the most weight when I worked out in the morning, and maintained my loss when I was doing the early morning workouts easier. Good for you for starting so early. Read this. It explains things a little better on why it is better.

            Way to go for doing your work out in the AM! I have tried so hard to get myself to do that, but I must try harder, especially after reading the link that Maggiemuggs put!

              Which one of the videos are you referring to? The Last Chance Workout or one of the others? I think I will purchase one too and try it out. I have Jillian's 30 day Shred, but I have not used it yet.....
