Ok, the baby goes to school about 6: 30 am then I hit the gym for an hour, it is the only time I can hit the gym..question is it is too early for breakfast for me anyways...if I work out without eating breakfast am I sort of wasting time? or is it ok? I do drink water.
Also has anybody tried the "biggest loser" workout video? holy cow that baby makes you work!! it claims you lose 30 lbs and get tone in 6 weeks..my sister is doing it but not following a strict diet like we do..wonder how much you can lose if you were. I am going to buy it tomorrow and let you all know my findings in six weeks
