  • My experiment this week.

    So I have gone several weeks now only losing .5 to 1 lb. I know losing weight is losing weight & I should be happy but I was reading some posts last week how people were going back down to the basic natural foods we are suposed to be eating and having better results. It definitley works. I cut out my diet pop and jello and pocessed meats like peperoni & bacon. I lost 3.5 pounds ! Yay! Oh and I also did some exersise other than walking my dogs - I'm sure this helped also.

    congrats on shedding those pounds. how many inches did you drop along with that 3.5 pounds?

      This is good information to know, so Thanks. What kind of diet pop were you drinking? I drink a diet rite every other day as a reward for drinking all that nasty water! LOL As you can tell not a big fan of water.

        I only measure myself once a month so I'm not certain but I am wearing a pair of dress pants right now that were much tighter 2 weeks ago

          I drink the my grocery store house brand, it's the only diet cola I have found in Canada that has splenda. I was drinking about 1 a day - it was my treat when I got home after work & stopped my pre atkins carb binging. Now I replaced my pop with a work out video.
          I started doing pilates again and forgot how amazing the results can be in such a short time. Years ago I lost 50 lbs starving myself on weight watchers and LOVED how pilates scultpted my body!

            I was reading some posts last week how people were going back down to the basic natural foods we are suposed to be eating and having better results.
            It's also healthier.
