So I have gone several weeks now only losing .5 to 1 lb. I know losing weight is losing weight & I should be happy but I was reading some posts last week how people were going back down to the basic natural foods we are suposed to be eating and having better results. It definitley works. I cut out my diet pop and jello and pocessed meats like peperoni & bacon. I lost 3.5 pounds ! Yay! Oh and I also did some exersise other than walking my dogs - I'm sure this helped also.
