EeeHaw !!!! Don't laugh too hard, but I'm happy cause I managed to break a sweat today !!! It has always been hard for me to do (unless it's 100 degrees), and in my exercise attempts my body has worn out before I could start sweating. Today, at about 25 into 30 minutes on my Nordic Skier, I started sweating Hopefully I can keep it up cause that's when my middle starts to shrink (I hope, I hope, I hope) ! This baggy legs, baggy butt, but tight waist on my jeans look has got to go !

Way to go girl!!! I haven't tried a Nordic Track... Is it a treadmill? I usually get a decent sweat going on the elliptical Precor machine but not until about 20 mins in. I remember I used to watch Susan Powter and she'd be all if you're NOT sweating during your exercise you're NOT DOING IT RIGHT ya ya ya LOL

I hear ya about stopping before the sweat happens. I remember trying to do level 1 TaeBo and O.... M.... G.... I'd get about five minutes into it, hit pause and crash on the couch gasping for air. ROFL I'd hit play and try again, get about another 5 mins if that then say heck-with-it and go find some carbs for comfort. Sheeshola.

Feels good to sweat don't it girl???

LOL @ Suzanne about the Taebo!!!! True Story: When I first purchased the Taebo set of dvds, I brought it home and popped it in to watch it and see what I was getting myself into. I raised my eyebrows and thought to myself: Billy is CRAZY if he thinks that I am going to do this! I have not used the tape since then!!! lol....BUT, now, with all the energy I have, i'm looking forward to the challenge.

              CONGRATS on the sweat!!!!

Thanks everyone! Funny the things that make us happy isn't it ?

Suzanne, the Nordic Track I use is the Cross Country Skier.
I have a treadmill too, but I get a much better, more comprehensive workout with the Skier. I have a girlfriend that had hip replacement surgery at 42 yrs. The rehab center had her using the Skier because of the extreme low impact with full body toning. I bought the ski machine then, but you know how clothes racks are I got a second one for outside during the summer that I got at the thrift store for $5.00 I love your experience with the TaeBo tapes I just bought his Boot Camp last week, but haven't been brave enough to even try it.
