Diet Cola? I love drinking diet soft drinks because it has no calories or carbs and it keeps me sticking to the Atkins diet because I can drink them when I get a craving for the real stuff even though it does have a weird after taste.
Can aspartame somehow stop weight loss or is it okay to drink as much as I like on extended induction?

It says it is made from concentrate. I know real lemons do have carbs and calories...
