  • pretty excited!

    I did a trail run last night of 7.3 miles. I had a great pace and pa-lenty of energy!
    I was worried that running low carb would make me bonk- Normally I would have gone out slow to "reserve" my energy, but this time I just went for it!

    that's it-

            woo hoo. eating fats actually helps with endurance as carb fuel gets burned up quickly when doing exercise.
