Re: Laxative question and stevia question

What's acceptable after induction? Doesn't seem right to have heavy cream. Even if I have high cholesterol?

Re: Laxative question and stevia question

Your body makes most of its cholesterol by itself no matter whether you eat lots of fats or none at all!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Maryannie,Have you read the book. It explains why it's fat driven and why we have to eat fat to lose weight. It's great reading and answers so many questions...You can't do this plan as low fat-low carb, it just doesn't work. You need high fat and low carb to lose.

Actually, I believe that's right. My mom eats everything perfectly lowfat and healthy and yet her cholesterol is really bad. On the other hand, my cholesterol is still high but better than what it used to be when I "ate healthy." I LOVE THIS DIET!! I don't have to have everything low fat, bland and tasteless to lose weight, doesn't seem right!!

Stevia has been used forever. My great grandmother used to use stevia leaf all her life and she lived to the age of 104. She used to say sugar was far more dangerous to your health.
