    Whoa.

Georgiana, if you can translate the research-speak I would be most grateful.

boy that is one important chemical orexin. it isalready been studied and shown to effect our pleasure reward areas of the braon.

the glucose up take by muslces does a lot to explain the folk who are cephalic responders. we can see, smell, and some even think about sugary deserts and we are hungry and having cravings for sweets. the muslces sucking the glucose from the blood stream which would drop blood glucose levles and evoke body responses to it would account for that hunger and carvings. Now instead of thinking there is something wrong with us we will be thinking there is something wrong will everybody else who doesn't react that way LOL LOL

As far as an atkinseer goes
if one had just finished eatting it could cause over eating since we as atkinseers feed out hunger

that glucose uptake should be a bonus as it will force the body to make more glucose since no glucose is coming orally as long as the atkinseer doesn't eat in response to the unusual hunger symptoms they are having.

Maybe that's a more prudent risk to take after someone has reached the maintenance stage?

as long as you know it is all in your mind (well in your muscles too) and don't feed your mouth as a result it shouldn't be an issue for most folk.

this is justification for the folk who have a splenda sweetened drink and are suddenly craving sweets or feeling hungry that have been told for yrs there is no way Splenda can do that to you.
