    HI TO ALL, WANTED TO KNOW IF THIS OMEGA 3 FISH OIL IS
    GOOD FOR ATKINS DIET?

    INGREDIENTS :

    Ingredients

    One 5ml teaspoon typically contains:

    Omega-3 fatty acids 1,500 mg providing

    EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 750 mg

    DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 500 mg

    Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) 14 mg



    Other ingredients

    Ascorbic acid, Lecithin, Lemon oil


    Eskimo 3 Liquid 210ml

      its got Lecithin which is most likely soy lecithin

      edit: ya i just looked at the link you gave and it says

      Contains ingredients derived from:
      Soy (oil)
      Fish (oil)


      soy is rung 6

      also soy oil is not fermented so its dangerous

      only properly fermented soy is safe and i only know of japan who ferments there soy properly

        any nonhydrogenated oil is atkins legal so it is legal.

        if you are picking things like legal foods limiting veggie oils and using cream and butter you are getting all the Omega3 you need though
