  • I must CONFESS it by mouth!

    Hi everybody,

I feel like I need to confess my goal by mouth to stick with it and go the distance!!! Here it is....(FYI: I like to deal in clothing sizes because that's what matters most to me, I couldn't care less how much I weigh if my body is tight and the right pair of pants fit :yes .

    So, here goes...

    CURRENTLY, I am a 22W/"tight" 20W. My MINI-GOAL is a "not tight" 14W. My GOAL...that's right, I said GOAL... is a Misses 12.

Alright, now I can't stop until I reach it! It's official.

Somebody tell me I can do it...please!!!! :confused

you absolutely can do it if you commit to doing this WOE the right way...eat only the foods from the acceptable foods list...take your vitamins...drink your water and exercise and you will see the results...if you get stuck and have questions make sure to post them or do a search for the answer...don't think any question is too stupid to ask...and make sure to read your 2002 DNDR.

Thanks for the support. I've tried this WOE before (twice) and done well, but always lose a bit, get happy, and fall off because I never really set a goal. I want this be the LAST time I am at this point.

        Go Chico!

Of course you can do it! :yes :yes :yes

Congratulations for writing your goals and making them public.
        Great accountability here! ha

And may I say it is wonderful to see you aiming for
intermediate sizes and ignoring the scale. Your goals
        sound healty and realistic.

Why yes, you most certainly can do it!!

I bought a pair of pants a while back that were a 14, and I was pretty darned proud of that....but I found that they had lycra in them, and after one day of wear they were bagging off of me so I exchanged them for a 12. I thought for sure that this particular make of pant was just numbered low, there was no way I could actually be a 12!! Pfffft!!!

But I went shopping around the other day and grabbed 12's of other things off the rack, and geezlouize...I'm a 12!!!

                  It SO can be done!!
Time, patience, diligence and sticking to the Rules and the Acceptable Foods list...YOU can do it!!! :joy

Oh yeah, you can definitely do it.

Congrats to you on deciding to go by clothing size -- not weight. You're right, its the size you get in that matters. Don't matter what the darn scale says. I'm with you on this.
