question about DANDR editions
My DH is so sweet... he knows I've been shopping around to replace my misplaced 2002 DANDR, but didn't know I have one ordered. He walked in last night beaming and in his hand a 1992/1999 copy of the book in excellent condition. Isn't that sweet??? 
Anyhow, please what are the main differences between this version and the version that I ordered (2002)? I know there's a thread around here with the differences but hanged if I can find it. Thanks... xoxox
