  • Stalling?

    When you have stopped losing does it normally mean you need to cut down on your calories? Let's say I'm already eating really low carbs.
    or could it be that you are not eating enough and need to ad more foods?
    How do you know?

    The best way to tell is to post your menu, really... Can you list (including amounts) everything you ate and drank yesterday?

      As far as I remember you are at goal or very close to it. You should be eating more carbs not less.

          Well I unfortunately fell off the wagon!
          So Ireduced my carbss.

          Menu
          2 hard boiled eggs
          2 scrambled. Eggs and one sausage patty
          one cup spinach with 4 oz grilled chicken, 2tlbs sour cream and salsa
          One hambuger patty with one cucumber
          1 3 net carb ice cream bar

            Since you haven't posted your height, current weight, goal weight or sex, it is very hard to help you determine if this is enough food. It looks pretty low on veggies to me, unless that was one monster-sized cucumber. Are you getting half of your carbs from veggies?
