Re: 5'3 and under
Im' 5'3 and so far have lost 65 lbs going from 215 to 150. Its gone well and has taken about 9 months (with the occasionly cheats
). I was wearing a size 18/20 in jeans and now I can wear a size 12 (I gotta lot of junk in the trunk so i have always worn a bigger size than ppl who weigh the same
My sis weighs the same and wears a size 10 go figure but I do like my booty
) I exercise 6 days a week too, for an hour a day, so I am sure that helps
Good Luck to you!

Re: 5'3 and under
Hi to all you fellow shorties!!! I am 30 and just 5'1''...at my highest I was about 160 (due to a medicine). Then it took two years and finally got down to about 140. Im 138 right now, but due to me being so short and small-framed I am still quite overweight for my doctor's liking, and you short girl know that alittle extra weight looks like alot more on us than on a taller person! I am only on Induction day 2 and going good so far. I set a goal for myself to lose 13lbs, but would really like to lose more. I am quite flabby and have a large amount of body fat (esp belly fat) that it would be awesome to lose (for health purposes) and because I just want to be fit again.. Thanks for posting us, I really feel like I can relate to women like yourself!!!!! Good luck on your journey!

It is abit harder I feel to be smaller framed and shorter because you can't exactly get away with being bad every so often.
But in the long run, I guess its for the best
That's true, every pound shows. But just think, when you get to goal you'll be all cute and adorable because you are little. Not such a bad thing.

I'm 5'3", or 5'2½", depending on who measures me! I also love being petite - and only wear heels because they maximize the legs.
