Whats your experience? Does caffeine cause stalls for you? No? Tell us... I really like Pepsi One.

Caffeine doesn't cause me to stall, but excessive coffee does, or it did in induction. I think it was the carb count causing me to go over my 20 and in a way that didnt include veggies. Today I have so much more energy, though, I find I don't drink but one or two cups of a given morning.
