TOM is just around the corner and I feel like I ate like a cow today!
Nothing off plan just too much! I had 2 hot dogs (no sugar), 2 fried eggs, & 2 pieces of swiss cheese for breakfast. Then I have also had (get ready for this *sigh*) 2 small pork chops, 2 cups of green beans, 2 small salads with about a 1/4 of a red pepper & 4 small hot Mexican peppers, and my own vinaigrette dressing, a 1/4 of a small bag of salt & vinegar pork rinds, 2 individual packs of mini pepperonis, 2 reduced sodium cheese sticks (I am all to aware of the amount of sodium I have had today! I swear its TOM related!) and then I made clouds arrggggghhhh!!!
I had 2 clouds and licked one of the beaters & the bowl I mixed them in. Oh and I also had 1/2 of a bottled Diet Pepsi and 1/2 cup of peanuts (geeeeez the list is never ending!). Sufficed to say I am no longer hungry or interested in munching but how much damage do you think I have caused? I know realistically probably not much as I do exercise at a very moderate intensity everyday (I do Level 1 & 2 of the shred and then a 15 minute ab routine) and I drink plenty of water, but I need reassurance
I also quit smoking a few weeks ago (it will be a month Monday! yeah!!!) but I really think it is TOM related the whole I needed something salty then I needed something sweet, anyway I just needed to hold myself accountable for my Atkins legal binge

I have been doing this WOE long enough to know your weight fluctuates even daily, I just know that the pair of pants I couldn't wait to fit in 9 months ago are now starting to get to big on me, so I'm gonna just keep on pushing forward and working my butt off (literally
