Re: Dukes mayo
Oil is still oil, I use canola oil, corn oil and peanut oil, cause its oil. I wouldn't worry about it at all. I use a cheapy called Special Value Mayo and it doesn't have any sugar at all, and made with soybean oil. Its an induction staple. Best Foods is also made with soybean oil but has a minute bit of sugar. I would use it also if I had it.

Re: Dukes mayo
if you are allergic to soy or have a thyroid issue it could be a problem but as long as the oil isn't hydrogenated it is legal ofr induction.Originally posted by SweetIrishRoses View PostHello!! Re: Dukes mayo
The ingredients in any mayo have carbs, so the mayo will have carbs, too.I have been looking for a good no carb mayo
The only reason why the label says zero is because the carbs are less than 0.5 g per serving."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."
