Since you know what the problem is, what's your plan for fixing the problem?

Hi Summer, I know it's frustrating but what an awesome problem to have. LOL

What about setting your alarm on the cell phone to remind you? Would that help? Also have something handy to eat. Thursday I made two salads, one stew, cooked up some chicken for chicken salad (which was delicious BTW) and now I can just go make a meal in a minute, except for the Stew, its frozen for one day when I can't cook.

      We can do this.

I also find that cooking ahead & freezing is helpful (although my stomach still reminds me when it is time to eat!) A lot of Linda's recipes freeze well, I divide them into meals & freeze so I can just microwave them when I don't have the time to cook or don't feel like it. We also pre-cook a package of bacon & freeze so there is always some ready to go in a few seconds. I find salads time-consuming to make, so I make enough to last 2-3 days and just add dressing/protein at meal time.

Perhaps some advanced planning/cooking would help? If you didn't have to figure out what to eat, then prepare it, would you be more likely to eat when you should? If not, then maybe you could try to remember to make yourself & your WOE a priority...we so often try to do too much in a day, if we forget to put ourselves first we don't look after ourselves at all.

        Best wishes for continued success!
