    Is it okay to take Aleve?

    Is it okay to take Aleve?

    And stay in ketosis??

    I already took 3 today - but I just read an old post saying it knocks you out of ketosis???!

    I don't remember reading that.

          I don't know why it should knock you out of ketosis, but if your hurtin, you need something.

              I've been taking 4 a day (doctor's orders) for quite awhile and I'm still in keotsis - so I don't think it's true.
