  • should i move up the rungs now....?

so from day one to day four of induction i only lost about 2 pounds. on day five i went over my limit by like 20g of carbs cuz i was indulging cuz it was my bday...today i stepped on the scale and i lost 3 pounds from yesterday. do you think i would be better to move up the rungs now since the increase in carbs caused a weight loss or finish the induction phase?

I would finish your 2 weeks of induction.

I would also finish the 14 days - it is hard to tell of the extra carbs caused the loss or if you were just "due"...

You also need a better plan to "celebrate".

I would go ahead finish the two weeks of induction and enjoy the weight loss. Sounds like your body is taking to the diet very well and getting good results. Congratulations!
