I think I'm overdoing it on the cheese and it's messing with my induction phase. Can anyone clarify how much cheese is enough. It's hard to measure cheese in oz. Does anyone have a simpler way?Ps. Nuts are a no no too right? Peanut butter as well?
Oh how I miss the crunch. Celery just doesn't do it for me.
