I have read that fiber in form of flax seed is good on the takins diet [but notthe induction stage?] and i have also read many people talk about eating carbs and then eating fiber [in form of flax seeds] and the crabs being 'diminished' this way... did I understand this right?
so if i eat 4 g carbs and 4 g fibre, the barbs will dissapear? [not effect my body?] sorry if i got that wrong im still learning
