Hello all I was wondering if I could get my carbs just on veggies? I am still not loving salads
no matter how much I fry them, dip them or drown them! but I am starting to love the allowed veggies. I was wondering if I can just forgo the salad and just go with veggies? or do I have to have some salad in me? thanks
