    Re: burger king

Burger king has a good nutrition webside. You can play around with it and see
BURGER KINGĀ® ? Menu and Nutrition

The cheese at fast food joints are very carby - (but the one at burger kind is actually not that bad) the bacon somewhat sweet and very salty and you should avoid any sauces.
I think I read that burger king unlike MacD has transfat and sugars added to their burgers/ But their patties are listed as zero carbs

I would eat it as a once in a while thing maybe with lettuce and tomato but the amount of salt you would consume is too high. It is much better to buy your own patties and throw them on the grill.

Mia, if you are in the UK you can see their nutrition info at
            Burger King
Unfortunately it looks at a quick glance that unlike Mcdonalds and other websites they have not yet realised that potential customers might want to omit some of the items in their burgers (like the bun) so I could not find how many carbs their burgers would be without them
However if you email or phone their customer service department they should be able to find out this info for you.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

looking at the ingridients there i see

              soybean oil
              Welcome to Soy Online Service

              and hydrogenated oils

however the whopper patties don't have that atleast they say they don't but if you do eat there make sure you don't buy any of the food that has them awful things in it

                    ya hydrognated oils are bad

and soy thats not fermented is bad

but also soy that was rush fermented is also bad

the only soy thats good is soy that was properly fermented and i only know of japan that does it properly cause in western society its rushed or not done at all

also soy lecithin is bad too

actually you could see what is in the burger itself if you look at the whapper and then the double whopper since the only difference is one more pattie

you could do the same for the cheeseburger and the double cheeseburger

Yes there is just something about burger king burgers they are soooo yummy! lol but im being strong heehee.. no burger king burgers in the first to weeks!
the soya thing has scared me so has the hydrognated oils stuff. i have checke dthe crisps bag which my hubby ate last night and it said sunflower oil [33%] and soya bean oil.
this is really complicated i think it will take a longtime for me to understand it

you're welcome. And I'm so glad I don't live there cause your buns are soy free so i might have added the seeded top back as a maintnenace person where as living here with soy in the buns their is no chance I would even consider it.
