Some people feel the need to disect my plan. I know what rung I'm on and I know what is legal since I've been eating this way forever. It never ceases to amaze me how critical and rude some people can be. I love a little healthy advice, I think its healthy once and a while especially from those who have been eating this way for a great length of time and have achieved tremendous success. I actually stopped posting for a long time because people tended to be discouraging rather than empowering, and as far as I'm concerned that Is what I want to be for other people. A support there to empower YOU!
Anyway I had some organic Greek Yogurt today with a few organic blueberries... maybe only 5 or 6. It only lists 6 carbohydrates, no sugar, and it was yummy. I'm not going to have it often because it costs a lot but every once in a while its a nice change of pace.
I also had a lovely Halibut fillet today with a sprinkling of green onions. I baked it in EVOO with some homegrown and dried herbs and topped it with a little cheese blend. Can we say Yummy? To top it off I had a great spinach salad with home made Italian Dressing again using my own herbs from my garden. I topped it off with a small glass of Pinot Noir.
After dinner I went to the gym for about 45 minutes an started working toward my goal of running 3-4 miles by September. I was pitiful but we all need to start somewhere right?
