It is one of the things we learn - our stallers.
I am guessing that you knew that from before because one cannot really tell after one of those.
Life goes on. Hope you have a good day today.

2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned
Ack... bless your heart, hate that when something I really enjoy flips my blood sugar on end. I'm fortunate that the occasional diet soda is ok. I used to chew gum frequently, but since Atkins alas no more chewing gum. Chalk it up to learning experience and try not to be hard on yourself. I love it we can come here and post about such things... it really reaffirms my resolve to get this weight OFF and keep it that way.
I really don't understand how something with no carbs, or calories for that matter, can stop us from losing weight even when we do everything else right.
So much for a calorie is a calorie mantra, that counting science never worked for me either, though. Might be because when I'd count calories I still wasn't willing to trade chocolate chip cookies for equal calories of broccoli and fish.
Life isn't fair
3 years ago, I lost 60 pounds in 12 weekson Atkins.
I have PCOS, which makes my weight REALLY sensitive to carb intake, and I've gained back most of it since going off plan.
Restarting 02/07/10.
You might give Club Soda a try. I never tried it until i started atkins and now i find that it satisfies the craving for a soda. I drank one the first week and then one this week.
