HELLO EVERYBODY! MY NAME IS HEAVENLY ROSE... I'M NOT SURE IF ANY OF YOU REMEMBER ME I HAVE'NT REALLY BEEN ON HERE IN A WHILE.... ANYWAYS BACK IN SEP. OF 2008 I STARTED DOING THE ATKINS DIET.. IN WHICH I LOST ABOUT 40 PDS IN LIKE 3 MO.IN WHICH I WAS SO ECSTATIC ABOUT!!! WELL TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I HAVE REGAINED ALL MY WEIGHT BACK AND I FEEL HORRIBLE!!!! I'M TIRED ALL THE TIME MY FEET GET EXTREMELY SWOLLEN AT NIGHT.. AND I KNOW ITS BECAUSE I'M CARRYING TOO MUCH WEIGHT ON MY "4 10" BODY...I'VE TRIED GETTING BACK ON ATKINS SEVERAL TIMES IN WHICH I HAVE FAILED
..... I SERIOUSLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET BACK ON!!!! WHEN I DID IT IN 2008 I BASICALLY ATE CHEESE OMLETTES W HAM ,AND CHICKEN ALL DAY LONG....IT GOT TO A POINT THAT AFTER A WHILE I COULDNT EVEN LOOK AT MEAT!!!!!,,PLEASE I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE ON WHAT COULD I DO!!!! I DO NOT WANNA KEEP GAINING WEIGHT.....I;M VERY SHORT AND I WEIGH ABOUT 250 LBS...AND I FEEL COMPLETELY HORRIBLE.....

On induction I was sure to eat my veggies. I stayed on induction for 2 weeks and right away went into OWL. I need the variety to keep from getting bored, plus I feel much healthier as I go across the rungs of OWL. I have also started exercising again, but this time I'm not going overboard. I don't want to risk burnout. So my changes have been slow and steady and hopefully will be permanent lifestyle changes. When I slip up I try to post about it right away and get back on track immediately rather than say that I'll "do it tomorrow so here's how". I've damaged my body too much to continue abusing myself like I have done all my life. It's high time I did something about it, and high time I did it for me.
