oopsie roll idea- probably repeated here 100 times but here i go

how about making the roll-- even i heard i could subsitute mayonaise for the cream cheese- anyway i make the rolls and then add some tomato paste on top and ground beef, ground pork or just cheese- i want to make sure pure tomato paste is ok

also anyone ever make garlic oopsie rolls?

It might be worth a try. Have you been to Linda's or Cleo's sites? They both have pizza recipe's, Linda has a couple and Cleo has a cauliflower crust.

paste is okay but you need to limit the amount to what would be in a cup of tomaotes as your 1 cup veggie max.

I use crushed tomatoes jazzed up with herbs, garlic and a bit of red pepper flakes. I measure it and count the carbs in everything. Nummy.

I use a flaxmeal crust for pizzas because I like its crunch. You may find the oopsie suits your needs better, though, since you're already making them.
