Read the ingredients. I'm not sure if it was Arizona Diet Ice Tea or some other brand, but ValidRouge hit a 6 month stall and it wasn't until she read the ingredients that she learned her "diet" ice tea she had been drinking during those 6 months contained high fructose corn syrup!
So read the ingredients.
