Well I am on my 16 day of the diet I’m staying on induction. My wife is also on the diet with me which she really doesn’t need to lose any more weight and I know why she is doing it, for me “ I LOVE HER
” but my question is , she was already on a diet for about 5 months and she lost about 18 pounds by just cutting her portions and exercising daily which is good for her but my fear is that with her being on this diet will it screw her up if she decides to go off of it and all that hard work she had done was for nothing. . she is about 10 pounds to her goal and when we started I told her she should probably keep doing what she was doing but she wanted to join with her hubby . or should I have her jump up to pre maintenance or lifetime the book say not to skip pre but I think she might be ok she doesn’t really eat anyways.
