    I had a B day part for my Girls on the weekend CHEAT FREE YAY. And my DAD saw me in a pair of jeans and a short sleeved t shirt and he never says anything was always critiqing me and telling me to do this and that WELL....let me tell you ego boost my day said.

    WOW Sarah are you ever getting skinny. Me skinny who would have thought that was the best compliment of anyone anywhere for my day to acknowledge how great I was dooing I just can't tell you asnd it gave me like a whole new outlook.

    I just had to say cause I was touched and moved and well plain modivated.

      Glad you stuck it out and cheat free too. Thats awesome, but I knew you could do it. You are so dedicated to this WOE and an exercise guru, if I may say so myself.

              Isn't it great when you can face the beast and walk away :hug I did that myself on Saturday. Lotsa alcohol and carb rich foods offered, all refused. I sat with my water and enjoyed the party without the need for such things. I am so happy you were able to succeed as well. And everyone is right, you do deserve the compliment. You have worked so hard and come so far and are beginning to reap the rewards. :icondance

                    Ya, I'm on week 6 I kinda botched missing days from being sick or I would be further along. I have changed my routine some still the same principles though. I needed to change it up just for a change so I don't get board. LOL
