  • 1 carb bread from Julian's Bakery

Has anyone tried the 1 carb bread from Julian's Bakery? I have been eating 1 slice per day, but can't break a stall that has lasted over 2 weeks. Maybe this is the problem? Does anyone else eat this product and still lose weight?

Bread isn't allowed on Induction ... even Extended. This bread isn't legal until the grain rung of OWL.

If you want to post a typical menu, we can take a look.

My first guess is that your body is telling you it's time to move to OWL.

I agree with atkinsgal that it might be a good idea to post your menu for scrutiny in case there are any hidden carbs or known problem foods in it.

And try to get into the habit of looking at the list of ingredients of any product as well as the nutrition info, to better decide when they are 'legal' along your Atkins journey.
      Smart Carb No. 1

      Ingredients:
Whole grains, bean, seeds of *kamut®, *spelt, *wheat, *rye, *millet, lentils, eggs, soy protein, flax, sesame, *quinoa, *amaranth, wheat gluten, 7 grain flakes, oat bran, sea salt & yeast.

      *Organically Grown
If your body can tolerate all the different grains in it I think it would be a good OWL rung 9 addition

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
