  • microwaving your eggs at work...

well i start work at 6am and i have a long commute so i have to leave the house around 5am so i dont have time to make breakfast before i leave but i have been eating eggs at work, but i microwave them in those ones containers you see at the store. i have been doing this for almost 3 weeks now and it is not that bad but im pretty sure i will be getting tired of this pretty soon. does anyone else microwave there eggs. or have another suggestion i was thinking of maybe making some at night and just reheating it at work.

Why not make an egg casserole ... you could eat at home or take it to work with you.

Then you could have sausage and/or vegetables all at the same time ... in a neat package.

Leftover dinner works for breakfast, too.

      Quiche... ...

...and add all the veggies and types of cheese to create any version you like!

And it can be portioned and frozen. You can make the quiche without a crust, just spray your baking dish with a little Pam.

I microwave 2 eggs with a bit of cream, 2 slices of bacon, and some veggies. The bacon adds great flavour to it.

          YUM!
